Bio
Juanjo Bande is an architect (ETSAC 1998) and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development Management (UIE 2007). He entered the sector in 2014 and in 2018 created a YouTube channel geared towards owners of tourist and short-term rental properties.
In 2023, he founded Tu Alquiler, a community of property managers dedicated to the professionalization and development of the sector through mutual support and strategic alliances. Currently, Juanjo Bande combines his work developing real estate investment projects with outreach and consulting.
