Juan Cubo Guerrero is the founder and CEO of Cubo’s Holiday Homes and Cubo’s Holding Group 2024, a leading vacation rental group on the Costa del Sol that manages hundreds of properties and has hosted more than 150,000 guests. With over twenty years of experience in finance and tourism operations, he has built an integrated ecosystem of companies covering property management, real estate investment and services for tourist accommodation owners.
Since 2024, he has served as President of AVVAPRO, the Association of Tourist Housing Professionals of Andalusia, where he promotes innovation, sustainability and clear regulation in the short-term rental sector. Based in Alhaurín el Grande, he is recognised as a prominent voice in the Andalusian vacation rental industry and an active advocate for professionalised, family-oriented tourism.
